According to the Restructuring Agreement that Capital Airlines had signed on June 28th, 2019, Beijing Municipal Government will increase its investment to Beijing Capital Airlines and will acquire 88.87% of the company’s stake.
As becoming the majority control of airlines, Beijing Municipal Government sees Capital Airlines as one of its significant global development platforms. To implement the Government’s expectation, airline will be expending new international routes to all sister cities of Beijing, while strengthening the bridge in between sister cities of Beijing, Capital Airlines will also utilize Beijing Daxing International Airport’s function to the fullest.
